I provide a safe space for those who are experiencing negative thoughts and feelings that impact their daily lives as well as their relationships with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and peers. After years of working as a social worker in hospice care and retirement communities, I have developed a passion for working with adults of all ages understand their internal and external responses to a variety of factors including life transitions, loss of loved ones, caregiver stress, family conflict, and unprocessed trauma. I also specialize in hoarding disorder; providing psychoeducation on its causes and largely misunderstood symptoms, helping those who are directly affected by it learn to manage their behaviors, and counseling those who are indirectly affected by it learn how to cope with its impact.

Whether you're 18 or 81, undergoing changes or being exposed to certain situations can lead to grief, anxiety, overwhelm, stress, depression, compulsive and impulsive behaviors, and more. Together we will explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, and work towards alleviating your symptoms, and improving your life and relationships.
More than a decade into this work, I've sat with a lot of different kinds of pain — anxiety that doesn't quiet down, grief that doesn't follow a schedule, depression that dulls everything, and the particular exhaustion of being a woman navigating a world that asks a great deal of you. I became a therapist because I believe you shouldn't have to white-knuckle your way through hard seasons alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Pittsburgh, and I work with adults, teens, and seniors across Pennsylvania via telehealth. I'm direct, I'm warm, and I take this work seriously.
My background has been shaped by walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable experiences. I began working in hospice care, where I learned the importance of presence, compassion, and creating space for grief and meaning at the end of life. From there, I moved into intensive case management and addiction counseling in a methadone clinic, supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and significant life challenges. Over time, my work has focused more deeply on individuals living with complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, severe mental illness, and experiences of domestic violence. These experiences have taught me how important it is to move gently, build trust at a pace that feels safe, and truly meet people where they are. I bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence into the therapy room, with the understanding that healing often begins in feeling seen, understood, and not alone.
A warm and intentional place to lay down what you’ve been carrying, feel truly seen, and gently reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to heal and grow.
